Hollow Core Slipformer

1.2 - 1.5 - 2.4 m wide

A one-man operated casting machine to manufacture hollow core slabs 120, 150 and 240 cm wide and thickness from 12 cm up to 50 cm. The desired Hollow Core thickness varies by means of changing the tube and mould set which will take approximately 1 hour for changing.
Typical production speed varies from 1.2 to 1.9 meters/min.
